Racial Harmony Day 2007

Dear 1C,

Do you know the importance of maintaining peace and harmony in a multi-racial Singapore? Do you know why Singapore celebrates Racial Harmony Day? Which are the four main races in Singapore?

I am sure all of you knows the answer!!! ^_^

Besides our celebration in school, remembered we also went to the Singapore Discovery Centre? Isn't it fun?? Let's look at some of our friends in different ethnic costumes...

International Friendship Day 2007

Dear 1C,

Remembered we spent about an hour in the hall playing some interesting knowledge games and activities which people from other countries do?

Also, many of you came in your prettiest costumes which we seldom see in Singapore. Isn't it a fun and interesting day to learn about other countries' culture?? =)
